Description of Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride pipe for Industr

PVC-U is also called UPVC, rigid polyvinyl chloride. The full name is Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride. Among them, Unplasticized means "unplasticized, without plasticizer". PVC-U uses PVC as the main raw material, adds necessary additives, and is produced by extrusion molding. That is to say, it is composed of amorphous thermoplastic resin made by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer and certain additives (such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc.).

The advantages are: high strength, high stiffness and hardness, good electrical insulation, good chemical stability, self-extinguishing, low water absorption, easy bonding, and easy painting.

Advantages of Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride pipe for Industry

  • 1. Excellent chemical resistance: UPVC pipe has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, which is very suitable for chemical industry.

  • 8. Durable: Excellent weather resistance, not damaged by bacteria and fungi. Under normal circumstances, the service life of UPVC water supply pipes can reach 50 years.
