HDPE socket welding machine is widely used for joining small diameter plastic pipes and fittings. It can be used for socket fusionHDPE/PP/PPR/PVDF/PERT pip es with the welding range of DN20-110mm.

Operation steps of HDPE Pipe Socket Fusion Welding Machine:

1. Preparation.

Wear protective equipment, heat-resistant gloves and protective shoes; Make sure the heating equipment is working in good condition (heating, heat preservation), select the correct welding head, check and remove the damage parts, ensure timing works; Pipes and fittings should be neat and burr-free, and the inner and outer surfaces should be clean; Make sure the welding parameters can be consulted at any time; Ensure a suitable ambient temperature (5℃-40℃), no extreme weather effects of strong wind, rain and snow.

2. Four steps welding method.

When the hot-melt socket welding machine reaches the set temperature (260℃±10℃), mark the insertion depth and heat it at the same time; Maintain the specified time to ensure that the welding surface of the pipe fittings is melted and then pulled out; Quickly insert the pipe into the fitting socket and hold; Cooling down for the specified time.

3. Check the hot melt flanging.

Check whether the inner and outer hot-melt flanging is uniform; Check whether there is obvious soldering.

4. Clean up the site

Cleaning the equipment, heating plate and welding head; Cleaning up the work site.
