Details of HDPE Pipe Electrofusion Welding Machine.

The electricfusion welding machine is a fully automatic DC output electric fusion welding machine. It's suitable for HDPE pipes and small, diameter composite pipes. It is ideal supporting equipment for major PE electrofusion pipe fitting manufacturers and PE pipeline construction units. HDPE electrofusion welding machine is indispensable equipment for the connection of HDPE pipes and pipe fittings.

Operation steps of HDPE electrofusion welding machine:

1. Clean the welding surface, make sure the pipes and fittings are damaged and clean.

2. Mark the scratched area of the pipe, scrape off the oxide layer on the surface of the pipe about 0.1-0.2mm depth.

3. Pipe fitting installation, make sure that there is no gap between the two welding surfaces of the pipe fitting and the pipe. The top surface of the pipe should contacts the internal retaining ring of the electrofusion fitting.

4. Ensure that the input voltage and time of the welding machine are consistent with the pipe fitting identification, or directly scan the barcode for welding.

5. Start welding. After confirming the welding requirements, press the start button again to start welding. The whole welding process is complete when the welding machine automatically alarm.

6. Clean up the equipment for the following welding job.
